Gates II

Gates are points of entry to a space enclosed by walls, or a moderately sized opening in some sort of fence. However, they can also have a transcendental meanings. They represent the passage from one part of our life to another and generally symobolize changes, and transformations. Gates also serve as metaphors for our own social, emotional, and psychological openness to others. Some gates represent boundaries, or limits, to be overcome.

In observing these gates the viewer can find its own metaphors, what these gates mean to him and his life. Therefore concealed industrial gates are an allegory for one own's hidden possibilities for change and transformation which have to be revealed.
